We ship our wines directly to wine lovers across the country. Here’s what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to nearly every U.S. state. Checkout will show whether we can ship to your address.

Age requirement & delivery

You must be 21 or older to purchase. By law, an adult 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery with valid government-issued ID.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 business days unless other timing is requested.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Falls Club members receive member shipping benefits — Mist: 50% off standard shipping on club shipments; Cascade: free shipping on every order.

Weather holds

To protect the wine, we may hold shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold and send them once conditions are safe. We will contact you on any potential holds and confirm your preference.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via UPS or FedEx. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us here within 10 days and we’ll make it right.

Returns

Because we sell alcohol, we generally cannot accept returns except for product that arrives damaged or defective.
