What you’re joining

A 30-year story with you in the next chapter.

Barry and Susan Collier farmed this hillside for three decades. They built the reputation. They named the estate after the waterfall. Our job — the Cooks’ job — is to carry that work forward without diluting it.

Falls Club members are the people who help make that possible. You get the wines first. We get to make wines we believe in, in quantities that fit the hillside, for people who actually want them. That’s the trade.

Common Questions

  • Twice a year — spring and fall — timed to when each vintage is ready. You’ll receive an email two weeks before each shipment with a complete list of what’s coming.

  • Yes — contact us at least two weeks before your shipment and we can substitute wines based on current availability.

  • Yes, with two weeks’ notice. We’d rather work with you than lose you.

  • Anytime. Just send us a note before your next shipment and we’ll adjust.

  • We currently ship to nearly every U.S. state. Checkout will confirm your state eligibility.

  • Two shipments (one full year). After that, cancel anytime with no penalties.
