When you place an order, join the Falls Club, or sign up for our email list, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, date of birth (to confirm you are 21 or older), and order history. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. We also automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, through cookies and standard website analytics.
